Terms of Service

Effective: February 25, 2026

By using AI Quiz Co ("the Service") at aiquizco.com, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. The Service

AI Quiz Co is a daily AI knowledge quiz game. We offer a free tier and a paid "Challenger" subscription with additional game modes and features.

2. Accounts

You sign in via magic link email. One account per email address.
You are responsible for maintaining access to your email.
You must be 13 or older to use the Service.
Accounts used for abuse, cheating, or harassment may be suspended without notice.

3. Challenger Subscription

Challenger costs $2.99/month, billed monthly via Stripe.
Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled.
Cancel anytime from your profile — access continues until the end of the billing period.
No refunds for partial months. If payment fails, you have a 3-day grace period before downgrade.
We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers keep their rate until the next renewal after the change.

4. Fair Play

Do not use bots, scripts, or automated tools to play.
Do not manipulate scores, leaderboards, or game mechanics.
Do not share quiz answers publicly before the daily quiz resets.
Violations may result in score removal and account suspension.

5. Content & Intellectual Property

All quiz questions, game design, branding, and code are owned by NEXI Media LLC. You may share your scores and results freely. You may not copy, scrape, or redistribute quiz content.

6. User-Generated Content

Usernames and any content you submit (friend codes, party room names) must not be offensive, infringing, or illegal. We may remove inappropriate content without notice.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in-app when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEXI Media LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NEXI Media LLC from any claims arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app with 30 days' notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
